As an member of NZCB, we have access to Halo – the most comprehensive 10 year residential building guarantee on the market. It’s a unique, independent building cover that’s only available to people who build or renovate with an NZCB approved builder.

In the unlikely event something happens to your builder or NZCB itself, be rest assured you won’t be out of pocket. Plus, if you sell your property within 10 years, the guarantee automatically passes over to the new owner.

Quality assurance

Our team have been trained to keep to the standards set by the Certified Builders Association of New Zealand (CBANZ). We only employ staff who are fully qualified so you can be rest assured that you are only working with the best. We pride ourselves on our communication and we will always be upfront and transparent with you in all facets of the building process.


ON TIME & ON BUDGET

Meeting deadlines is crucial for project success – our processes are in place to make sure targets are met, and contingencies are in place to prevent/off-set unavoidable occurrences. On-site we use our 94 point quality checklists which monitor the standard of our workmanship.

 

All labour is carried out in an efficient manner. We utilise an electronic timesheet system which tracks the labour hours of our projects. We use only trusted suppliers and sub-contractors who share our passion for quality and charge competitive rates.


Project control

We make every effort to ensure that you are as involved as you want to be in your project. You will always have control over your project and there’s always a direct line of communication between You and the Project Manager. We welcome any feedback you may have and will always get back to you in a timely manner. We also update you at every stage of the building process to ensure that you stay in the loop.


Respect for clients

We treat our clients home like we treat our own, ensuring that they are kept tidy throughout the entire building process. When a project is completed we organise a full clean of your home before you move back in. We understand that a home is a huge investment and we aim to provide our clients with a stress free, and exciting experience.
