This stunning home in Nelson was our proud entry in the Registered Master Builders Association House of the Year Awards, 2023. This new build not only won a Gold medal, it also took away the Regional Category award for the New Home $500,000 - $750,000 category in the Registered Master Builders Association NZ Awards.

This home was a complex new build positioned on a steep site nestled in the Tahunanui Hills in Nelson. It required attention to detail and thoughtful construction. We love seeing new builds incorporating Solar Panels into their designs providing a renewable source of power, economical power bills and adding value to the house.

We have an incredible team of builders who we were very proud of for their amazing work on this Nelson new build.

TODDS BUSH, NELSON

This stunning passive home in Nelson was one of our entries in the Registered Master Builders Association House of the Year Awards, 2023. This new build won a Silver medal in the New Home $750,000.00 - $1 Million Category.

This passive home has an Eco+logic 9 Zone Controlled Under Floor Heating System to create an ambient temperature in the home all year around. It also has solar panels which provide a sustainable energy source adding to the benefits of the underfloor heating system and saving the clients money in the long run.

Restoring this Heritage Category 2 Home back to its original glory has been a labour of love for You Build. Reopening the top balcony from being closed in to replicate how it was built originally, extensive roofing and cladding repairs and major alterations to the large 2 Storey Garage. The main house is undergoing significant alterations to the kitchen, dining and bathrooms. We are excited to see the finished product of this amazing piece of Nelson History.

This stunning architectural holiday home was our proud entry in the Registered Master Builders Association House of the Year Awards, 2021. This new build not only won a Gold medal, it also took away the Regional Category award for the Carters New Home $1 Million – $1.5 Million category and the Regional Lifestyle Kitchen Award. We were also awarded Top 100 in the Registered Master Builders Association NZ Top 100 Awards.

This bespoke architectural home was a complex new build which required attention to detail and thoughtful construction. We have an incredible team of builders who we were very proud of for their amazing work on this new build.
