Set on a steep hillside, this character home underwent a full transformation with a modern twist. You Build was engaged to carefully restore and upgrade the property while improving its functionality, safety, and style.

Extensive repiling work was carried out to stabilise the home and future-proof it for the unique challenges of the site. This structural work provided a solid base for major interior and exterior renovations.

The layout was reimagined to create open, light-filled living spaces that make the most of the elevated views. Large windows, clean lines, and modern finishes contrast beautifully with retained character elements, striking a perfect balance between old and new.
